Have you failed at losing weight?  More than once?  Do you think it’s because you are Lazy? Addicted to food?  Lack of Exercise?  These are not the really the reasons you fail, although they can contribute to the reason, not knowing the truth of weight losing weight and keeping it off long term is the real reason.

Again, there is no "in-between."

So, what to do?  Instead of telling yourself you “can’t do this”, just take the bumps in the road and continue on!  If you try and start your car and it doesn’t start, do you quit?  Probably not.

My experience with Skinny Fiber

It's been awhile since I've made my last post, but I want to give you an update on my experience with Skinny Fiber.

I started taking Skinny Fiber after I joined Skinny Body Care June 11, 2011 and I must say, I was skeptical.  Yes, I needed to lose weight and I knew that I needed to add more fiber in my diet.  We've all been told by our Doctors that we don't get enough fiber.  I don't think we can eat enough to get the fiber they recommend.

I also suffered with high blood pressure and high cholesterol levels and triglyceride levels that are off the charts.

Anyway, with a push from my wife, I decided to try Skinny Fiber to see if it would work for me.

Ok, so next time I went to visit the Doc, was several months after taking Skinny Fiber, 2 pills 2 times as day, my blood pressure down from 158/89 to 121/60!  WOW!!  I love it, I've always worried about having a heart attach because my father died of one and my mother had heart problems.  Too bad we didn't have Skinny Fiber then.

And as an added benefit, my cholesterol levels have dropped below to 188 (was over 260) and my triglyceride levels (still high but falling) are coming down.

And my energy levels have increased and I overall just feel better!

I still haven't lost the weight that I want to, but with the improvements I've made so far, there's no way I'll ever quit taking my Skinny!!!

International Expansion Rocks the Industry

Phillippines:  With Lindy Yang doing a great job delivering product throughout Phillippines and leading the movement to open Singapore, Malaysia, and China, Asia is officially on the Skinny Body Care Map.

Africa:  Ope Banwo, our official African Coordinator and absolute superstar has set this continent on fire.  With shipping centers in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Benin, and several other African countries, this market is consistently growing each and every month.

Colombia:  Thanks to our Latin American leaders, Colombia is growing strong with it's own distribution center and keeping the products flowing quickly and smoothly.

New Zealand:  Thanks to Karen Farrell, New Zealand is on the map and running smooth.  If you know people in New Zealand, get 'em IN.

India:  NOW OPEN!  With India being one of our FASTEST GROWING COUNTRIES, with the help of Ope Banwo and some of our Indian leaders, our new distribution center is OPEN.  This incredible group of leaders has the ability to outproduce the rest of the world themselves.  We are very excited to announce that India is now official.

Brazil:  David and Rosie McVey have been back and forth to Brazil to set up, license, register, and get approval for one of the most difficult countries to get into, and we are literally just WEEKS away from opening a market that could shatter records in this company.

Australia:  Easily the hardest country to get licensed in, we have been working diligently since May of this year to reopen this HUGE market and let the Australian people experience the power of our awesome product and opportunity.  In just 5 months, we have already done more than most companies do in two years to get registered, and by January 1, 2012 we will be LIVE and rockin' in Australia.

El Salvador:  Wilbur Oliva is rockin the registration of El Salvador which also automatically qualifies us for registration in Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama, and other Central and South American countries.  We are very close to having this center open for business.
