My experience with Skinny Fiber

It's been awhile since I've made my last post, but I want to give you an update on my experience with Skinny Fiber.

I started taking Skinny Fiber after I joined Skinny Body Care June 11, 2011 and I must say, I was skeptical.  Yes, I needed to lose weight and I knew that I needed to add more fiber in my diet.  We've all been told by our Doctors that we don't get enough fiber.  I don't think we can eat enough to get the fiber they recommend.

I also suffered with high blood pressure and high cholesterol levels and triglyceride levels that are off the charts.

Anyway, with a push from my wife, I decided to try Skinny Fiber to see if it would work for me.

Ok, so next time I went to visit the Doc, was several months after taking Skinny Fiber, 2 pills 2 times as day, my blood pressure down from 158/89 to 121/60!  WOW!!  I love it, I've always worried about having a heart attach because my father died of one and my mother had heart problems.  Too bad we didn't have Skinny Fiber then.

And as an added benefit, my cholesterol levels have dropped below to 188 (was over 260) and my triglyceride levels (still high but falling) are coming down.

And my energy levels have increased and I overall just feel better!

I still haven't lost the weight that I want to, but with the improvements I've made so far, there's no way I'll ever quit taking my Skinny!!!
